Artist in Schools
As a guest artist, I plan and deliver bespoke sessions in schools, most recently a wonderful day at Bishops Hatfield Girl School. Sessions can include an illustrated assembly, fun activities and hands-on practical making sessions.
Currently I run several courses for adults at Richmond Art School. Including Introduction to Illustration, Painting and Drawing from Scratch and Art and Communication.
As an artist educator I have worked with institutions such as The Wallace Collection, The Saatchi Gallery, Pallant House Gallery and most recently The National Gallery.
Quick Draw Stories
An education service run alongside my husband and fellow artist educator Mark Pembrey. We offer bespoke comic book, illustration and picture book workshops teaching the power of narrative, storytelling and sequence through art.
Richmond Art School
A brilliant teacher. She is engaging, patient, fun and caring. She is always well prepared. Her approach works for both beginners like myself and those that are more advanced. She has made the course for me!!!
Compton Primary School
Thank you so much for the fantastic workshops you ran for our two classes. They thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and it was lovely to see them so engaged! The pieces of work they created in their groups were brilliant.
workshop at Dulwich Library for the Cuming Museum of Curiosity
These sessions have been outstanding and my daughter has looked forward to coming every time. This is largely due to the informative and warm leaders of learning and their passion for working with and welcoming children.
